Before the pandemic crisis, international delivery in our store has always been between 2-4 weeks.

But the worldwide pandemic crisis had an unprecedented impact on the shipping industry and international deliveries.

The shipping companies, customs clearance departments across the whole world are experiencing severe delays due to the reduced number of flights available, increased parcel volumes, and social distancing requirements.

We are really sorry about the delay and we deeply regret that this has become yet another source of anxiety in such trying times!

Our recently observed delivery times are between 4 and 9 weeks depending on the country.

But the good news is that the absolute vast majority of parcels across all countries are getting delivered, just with delays. And with the situation now improving in many countries we see that the delivery times are also getting shorter.

We are kindly asking you for your patience and cooperation while we are trying our very best to keep an eye on your order and make sure it is delivered to you!
